Chene Bleu's flagship Roussanne-based white wine, named after Aliot de Montvin, nobleman who in 1427 built a glassblowing workshop on the property. A very structured dry white wine intended to show remarkable aromatic complexity, texture and aging potential.
Appearance: An attractive golden yellow color, bright and clear with greenish tints.
Nose: Rich and complex aromas of white fruits, buttery brioche, a touch of honey and lemongrass.
Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, touches of lime bring freshness. Finishes long with a light minerality.
