100% Cabernet Franc. Terroirs: Clay, sand. Vines 35 years old on average, facing south-west. Organic Farming. Manual harvests with successive sorting. Vinification on the fruit, low temperatures over 18-20 days. Ageing: Part in 400 liter vats for 6 to 8 months and the other in concrete vats.
Situated at the top of the slope, this parcel gives us, vintage after vintage, charming and supple wines, and aromas which are often fresh and mouth-watering. A wine enjoyed at zinc bars or at the best tables, in the purest tradition of a Bourgueil that knows where it comes from.
Everything is sweetness with this Peu Muleau cuvée 2014. The attack of notes of strawberry jam, undergrowth and spices, a mid-palate without any harshness and menthol freshness at the back of the mouth. All softness and delicacy, the wine carries us all the way through a good meal. Always fresh and digestible, this organic red wine remains a real delicacy!
