The nose unfolds like a peacock’s tail, with aromas of ripe pears, white peaches, almonds and lime as the nose develops over time. On the palate, this white wine is dry, concentrated, at the same time delicately textured, with an overriding impression of freshness and elegance. Ample stone fruit flavors are seasoned with palpable minerality, persisting in the long finish.
