An elegant and fruity Champagne "Blanc de Noirs".
This cuvée is a tribute to the noble red grape variety of champagne, Pinot Noir, that brings complexity, freshness and elegance at the same time.
100% Pinot Noir, vinified and matured for 12 months on whole lees, in small oak barrels, then 6 months on fine lees. It is then aged for at least 3 years in the cellars in order to expand its aromatic palette.
Fine bubbles, the nose reveals notes of yellow fruits, brioche, honey, summer flowers and soft peppery spices. On the palate, the attack is frank, then the texture is silky and ends with a hint of salinity.
Perfect with fish and poultry, fine and delicate cuisine.
