80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, entirely from the Bouzy area. Maturation of minimum 2 to 3 years. Dosage between 0 and 2 g of sugar per litre (Extra Brut).
A cuvée that is full of freshness, youth and truth with appealing red berry aromas. On the palate, raspberries, brioche, and hints of toast can be found in this lively, flavorful offering. Ideal as an aperitif, drink it with appetizers or sushis.
