Due to its fundamental traditional craft processes Liquoristerie de Provence has been labelled « Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant » in 2007.
At Liquoristerie de Provence, products are all made from plants macerations and infusions (not synthesized aromas) and that’s what makes the difference.
Liquoristerie de Provence offers us a traditional aniseed product, with specific characteristics, made in the old style, from plants macerations and infusions, the anise is the star ingredient, and shares the spotlight with the smoothness and sweetness of licorice, the roundness of vanilla, mint and pepper accents, various plants or spices from elsewhere which bring character and complexity.
Pastis and aniseed products are rooted in the French culinary heritage. It’s the art of living in Provence. Today, 1 out of 5 spirits bought in France is a pastis.
