On the palate the wine is elegant and well balanced. The fruity character is combined with a gentle touch of oak and a fresh and clean finish.
Dominio Romano is owned by Parés Baltà, a family winery in Penedes, Catalunya, whose origins go back to 1790. They practice organic farming since 1790 and biodynamic farming since 2012. The winery is managed by Joan and Josep Cusiné, with their wives and winemakers Maria Elena and Marta. Their efforts are reflected in the quality of their wines, showing fine character and concentration.
