Xarel·lo (40%), Macabeo (25%), Parellada (25%), Chardonnay (10%) from vineyards protected by the Designation of Origin Cava and certified organic.
Vinification of free run juice, low temperature controlled fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle, with minimum ageing of 9 months on the lees before disgorging.
Pale yellow color, with slight greenish hues. Clear and brilliant. Release of fine bubbles, with formation of crown. Clean, fresh and fruity aromas, with a touch of acidity and a good balance. Soft and long finish on the palate.
Since 1987, every summer Castillo Perelada hosts one of the most prestigious music festivals in Europe. This cava is a tribute to all the artists who year after year honour us with their presence, shining like the stars of the Empordà sky under which they perform.
