Bodegas Vizcarra owns 35 ha. of Tinto Fino vines in different plots located in the municipal districts of Mambrilla de Castrejón and Roa de Duero. In 1991, Juan Carlos Vizcarra, the actual proprietor of the winery, following his father’s footsteps took over the winery. In 2007 they started operating from their new facilities where the whole process is done by gravity, avoiding the use of electrical pumps, in order to achieve a better concentration of aromas and much softer tannins, as a result the wines stand out for their elegance and personality.
