We will endeavour to deliver your wines as soon as you have placed your order, however, as we are storing them in the best condition possible with our warehouse partner, hence, it may take some time for selected wines before they can reach you.
For all urgent delivery or self-collection requests, please do email us at email@example.com before placing your order and we will try our best to make the necessary arrangements for you. For any requests after the order has been placed, please kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org instead.
Expected timeline for all standard deliveries:
Day 0: Order is placed
Day 1: Order is confirmed on the next working day and we will be reaching out via email or phone to inform you about the estimated delivery date and time.
Day 2 to 7: You should expect to receive your wines between 2 to 7 working days. Delivery timings are usually between 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
If there are any unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to reach you by phone or email for an update, hence, please do make sure that your contact details are accurate when placing an order.
For the avoidance of any doubt, working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, PH eve and PH.

All goods sold are non-refundable and exchangeable. However, please do contact us immediately or latest within 24 hours should there be any issues with the goods that you have received and we may at our discretion offer an exchange or replacement of the wine with a similar value.
