100% Macabeo (aka Viura).
The vines are between 10 and 40 years old, located in Tierra de Barros, one of the best area in Extremadura.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 C. to preserve the freshness of all the fruity aromas.
Greenish yellow wine, a fruity nose with hints of green apple, a very balanced mouth and refreshing acidity.
This white wine is recommended for any type of seafood, salads, chicken and, rice and pasta.
The Cooperative Nuestra Señora de la Soledad is located in Aceuchal and was founded in 1976, at that time it had less than 20 members, currently reaching more than 700 winegrowers.
It is located in an area of rich lands in Extremadura where the cultivation of the vine and the olive tree abounds, on the Ribera del Guadiana Wine Route.
