70% Garnacha Tinta, 30% Tempranillo.
The grapes have been harvested at their optimum point of maturity and produced according to the traditional “sangrado” bleeding method. Aged with its lees for 4 months in stainless steel before bottling.
Bright pink colour, the nose displays elegant red fruits aromas with hints of citrus and floral notes. Medium bodied, round and fruity on the palate with good freshness and complexity.
This wine is born out of the longstanding friendship between the Chivite and the Arzak families, the San Sebastian well-known 3 Michelin Star Chef.
This elegant rose wine presented in a designer glass bottle is the result of a careful winemaking process, sourced from the Finca Legardeta and from the north of Navarra which are under the influence of the Atlantic-Continental climate.
The newly formed Vino de la Tierra 3 Riberas is a small Indicación Geografica that groups some of the Navarra’s villages winegrowers.
