78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot. Half of the vineyard of 30 hectares soil is made of gravel and clay-limestone along the river and next to Chateau Latour, the other half is on deep gravels in the hamlet of Bages. Certified organic since 2019 and biodynamic in 2021.
24 days maceration with pumping over once a day. 16 months of ageing : 40% in new oak barrels, 40% in 1 year barrels, 20% in amphorae TAVA.
