The balance and straight forwardness are the main characters of the wine. The structure is well balanced with a long and harmonious finish.
Parés Baltà is a family owned winery in Penedes, Catalunya, whose origins go back to 1790. They practice organic farming since 1790 and biodynamic farming since 2012. The winery is managed by Joan and Josep Cusiné, with their wives and winemakers Maria Elena and Marta. Their efforts are reflected in the quality of their wines, showing fine character and concentration.
