Our ancestors learnt to perform each task without sparing any effort or questioning its duration. The meticulousness of the work was a complete philosophy of life. Years have to pass for the fruits, the vintages and the tasks to gain the value and wisdom they involve.
Grapes: Garnatxa Negra, Syrah and Samsó.
Ageing: 12 months in French oak.
Best Served at approximately 16 ºC.
Manual harvest in box and pallet.
Tasting notes: This red wine boasts intense color with tones of purple, aromas of raspberries and black plums or fruit in liqueur. Notes of vanilla, cocoa and cloves. Pleasing fleshiness on the palate with a good level of acidity, that counteracts the warmth of the alcohol, and round tannins.
Pairing: Spicy red meats and cured cheeses.
